Nami Exchange is looking for Sales Manager focused on Nami Futures product as the description below:

Job Description:

  • Explore and work closely with potential traders or group of traders
  • Create, manage a network of VIP traders to supports directly
  • Recruit and manage your own team to achieve committed KPIs
  • Prepare the sales kit, plan and execute your sales plan, then reporting your progress to success

Requirements:

  • Proactive: be the “lion” of your own territory, take full control of your team and your plan with full support from the board of management
  • Responsibility: benefits come with obligations, Nami always upholds a sense of responsibility to individuals and to the collective.
  • Progressive spirit: always moving forward, crypto market is a 24/7 fast changing, be opened and ready for new ideas and new opportunities
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Experience in Cryptocurrency is an advantage.

KPI:

Personal KPI: Leveraged trading volume reaches 30 billion VND/month or $1,500,000/month

Team KPI: 3 members

  • Total trading volume with leverage reaches 60 billion VND/month or $3,000,000/month

Commission mechanism:

  • Direct commission: 20% of revenue from trading fees from individuals (minimum of 6,000,000 VND)
  • Group Commission: 5% of revenue from trading fees based on Group Volume (minimum of 3,000,000 VND)
