Nami Exchange is looking for Digital Growth Manager as the description below:

Job Description:

  • Deliver change to generate growth opportunities for incremental revenue.
  • Develop, launch and own the strategy around organic and paid channel growth, customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
  • Own and maintain marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with the development team to execute.
  • Grow the brand and our user base at unprecedented speeds. 2022 will be a year of significant growth and scale and this role will own all influencer marketing, paid and organic acquisition.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and scale our customer retention / onboarding program.
  • Define the mix and sequencing of marketing tactics (digital, email, content) and channels (influencers, direct, partners) to drive acquisition, reduce churn, and improve retention rates.
  • Contribute to the wider testing roadmap.
  • Collaborate and work with sales, customer support, and product teams to build and launch coordinated campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business goals.
  • Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focused objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing landscape
  • Previous digital marketing experience including acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Excellent Google Analytics knowledge, Martech tools & other channel marketing analytics
  • Team management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Experience of development projects (requirements analysis, briefing & testing)
  • A knowledge and understanding of an e-commerce / digital P&L, Fintech.
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting and reporting in an online business
  • Outstanding work planning and time management skills
  • Ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis
  • Solid grounding ASO principles

  • Google Tag Manager & Implementation
  • AppFlyer, Mixpanel, Firebase
  • SEM or Paid Social
